PrettyPearl allows users to create and manage listings (ads table) and upload images (ad_images table). By posting content, you agree that:

• All listing details are truthful, accurate, and not misleading
• You have legal ownership or authority to sell the listed items
• Your listings comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Uploaded images are original or used with proper authorization

5. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use PrettyPearl for:

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Posting fake or misleading advertisements
• Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful scripts
• Spamming, harassment, or abusive behavior
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or exploit the platform

6. Paid Services & Promotions

PrettyPearl may offer paid features such as featured ads or promotional listings. By purchasing these services:

• Payments are processed securely and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Promotion duration and visibility are not guaranteed beyond agreed limits

7. Transactions Between Users

PrettyPearl is a marketplace platform and does not act as a buyer or seller. We are not responsible for:

• Transactions between users
• Quality, safety, or legality of listed items
• Delivery, payment disputes, or fraud between parties

8. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of all content you upload. However, by posting content, you grant PrettyPearl a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and promote your content on the platform.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your activity poses a risk to other users or the platform
• We are required to do so by law

10. Platform Availability

We strive to keep PrettyPearl available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.
